- Foi a 1ª obra prima de W. Disney - História baseada em conto de 'fadas'
dos irmãos Grimm.
- Conta a história de Branca de Neve e sua madrasta, que também é rainha e bruxa e que tenta matá-la, com ciúme de sua beleza. Branca de Neve encontra refúgio na casa de 7 anõezinhos, que trabalham em uma mina.
- A analogia dos 7 anões com os Gnomos é muito clara. Por que os anões trabalham numa mina subterrânea ? Ora, os gnomos nada mais são que pequenos espíritos que, segundo os cabalistas, habitam nas regiões subterrâneas. Logo se conclui, que o objetivo é passar a idéia que, apesar de muito feios, eles são bons, são protetores e amigos.
- Foi redesenhado várias vezes por 570 artistas ate se chegar à qualidade desejada. Custou 700 mil dólares (uma fortuna para a época) e ganhou um Oscar especial pela inovação cinematográfica.
- Este filme inspirou Disney a produzir uma série de outros longas-metragens que seriam clássicos da animação.
- Conta a história de Branca de Neve e sua madrasta, que também é rainha e bruxa e que tenta matá-la, com ciúme de sua beleza. Branca de Neve encontra refúgio na casa de 7 anõezinhos, que trabalham em uma mina.
